Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at oscalpowerstaion.com. All orders include free shipping with no minimum purchase requirement. The following outlines the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.
Shipping Areas
At present, Oscal Power Station ships orders only to selected countries within the European Union:
Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, Estonia, Ireland, Hungary, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, and Poland.
We are currently unable to fulfill orders from other regions or countries. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our German address. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified via email in case of significant delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
For standard deliveries within the EU, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Note: Delivery time to remote areas or islands may be longer. In such cases, packages will be delivered to the nearest major city, and customers will need to arrange pickup from that location.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s). Tracking details are usually updated within 48 hours.
If tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please reach out to support@oscalpowerstaion.com for assistance.
Please note that portable power stations and solar panels cannot be shipped in the same package. If both items are ordered together, they will be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Information
Please make sure all shipping information you provide is accurate. Oscal Power Station is not liable for any losses, including missing packages, damage, or delays resulting from incorrect shipping details submitted by the customer.
To help prevent credit card fraud, we may require verification of your personal information for large orders. Please ensure your email address is accessible.
Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to accommodate requests to change the delivery address.
Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged order, please contact support@oscalpowerstaion.com within 7 business days.
Oscal Power Staion takes full responsibility for orders during shipping. In case of lost, damaged, or delayed packages caused by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Please note:

If a package cannot be delivered due to the customer providing an incorrect address, absence at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Customized products cannot be returned. If re-delivery is required, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
